PACKERS DRAFT PICK MATTHEW GOLDEN HAS SWEET ANSWER TO WHAT HE'S BUYING AFTER BEING DRAFTED

What's the first thing Matthew Golden is going to buy after he gets drafted?

A house for his grandma.

"We lost our property a couple years ago and it's always been a dream of mine to get that house back," the Texas wide receiver and Green Bay Packers first-round pick told the Journal Sentinel on the red, err green, carpet before the draft started. "To be able to be put in the position to do it, it's going to be an amazing feeling for me."

With his last name being Golden, that's the vibe he went with for his carpet fit.

"It kind of just made sense for me," he said.

He sported an elaborately patterned gold and black double-breasted suit with a matching bow-tie and a large chain with a giant icy "G" pendant.

"The dude that made my suit, he did a great job with it," he said. "He got a lot of details in it. And, it definitely looks good."
